Jillian's Success After 30 Years of Therapy
I have worked with Shannon for the last six to seven months in that neighborhood. When I started with her, I have already been in therapy on and off for about 30 years. I’m 42 and I never felt that anyone helped me. I was fortunate enough to find Shannon even though she’s in California, I’m in New York. We worked together over the phone and she is absolutely the best coach I could imagine.
She helped me more than anyone has ever helped me. She suggested things for me to read, things for me to do, and they’ve all been wonderful. She’s totally egoless. If something doesn’t work, she wants to know. She is just really supportive, incredibly caring, compassionate, and genuine, intelligent, helpful, and the results also speak for themselves. I’m someone who would have describe myself as depressed and suffering from anxiety that basically was always there but was most of the time there somewhere on a scale of 0 to 10, I guess maybe most of the time, a 6 or 7. A lot of the times worse, very few times, a little bit better.
The way I describe myself now is depression 0. I can’t recommend her highly enough or thank her enough as I hope she knows.
